Orders will be billed at prices and terms in effect at the date of order as reflected in our online catalog. All shipments are made via UPS or U.S. Priority mail. ABSOLUTELY NO CODs.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit as long as we receive it no later than 10 days after the date of original shipment. Returned merchandise must be in its original and unaltered condition with all original packaging and literature. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer, including insurance and signature at delivery. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany all returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for return or exchange. 10% restocking fee will apply.
All riflescopes have to be unmounted and free of rings marks.

In the unlikely event that your IOR product requires repair or replacement, contact us and we can provide the neccassary paperwork to submit your warranty claim to IOR. Valdada USA optics carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Wear from use, and accidental damage not covered. Any abuse, tampering with or disassembly of these products will void the warranty.
