The original IOR made PSL mount, is made with the original components as the PSO 1 scope. The picatinny rail is extra long to allow for night vision optics and other special accessories.
Also, the rail is detachable and adjustable forward and back according to the shooters needs. You may need to cut a section off, if it is too long for your application.
PSL mount is specific to the PSL Romanian rifle
